Greg Houston is the creator of several
popular animated films that have graced "or disgraced" the
big-screen. Three shorts, Phil
Karew (1998), The
Interview (1999), and Office
Foreplay (2000)have entertained audiences at
festivals such as the Just For Laughs Festival, Fantasia and The
Comedy Short Film Festival in New York, and 2 films
were picked up for broadcast by the Comedy Network. Greg
has also worked in animation post-production for several
years and as an assistant director on several National Film
Board productions. He also graduated with honours in Film
Animation, having won the Cinar Award for Best Traditional
Animation in 1997 for his film "the Box". His latest
film, Salt & Pepper was
the only chosen film from Quebec in the National Maple Shorts
competition held by the CBC. Greg is currently working as
a digital archivist.
