HOLLYWOOD (Variety)- Jenna Elfman -- has signed to play with Warren Beatty and Diane Keaton's in ``Town and Country.'' The picture, which Peter Chelsom is directing, is already in production. Beatty plays a man, who, disillusioned with his marriage, endures a number of affairs before realizing that he truly loves his wife (Keaton). Goldie Hawn, Garry Shandling, and Andie MacDowell also star. 

HOLLYWOOD (Variety) - Phoenix Pictures has signed a deal potentially in the mid six-figures for the pitch ``Venus,'' to which actress Jenna Elfman (TV's
``Dharma and Greg'') is attached.
Elfman will play a disgruntled and cynical goddess, Venus, who comes down to Earth and discovers the true meaning of love through couples that she brings
together. The pitch was made by Steven List & Astrid Neal.
